Our main focus is providing a great quality service for your precious pets. We care about our clean and safe environment at our shop. Both you and your beloved dog will enjoy the comfortable experience provided by our friendly stylists. Grooming is an essential part of keeping your dog healthy and happy.

Please read through the following steps for an easy appointment.

Your understanding is much appreciated!

1)      Booking Time- We pay great attention and detail for each dog so they will need to be held for a minimum of two to three hours for the proper grooming process. Please arrive on time to avoid rescheduling the booking or delaying your pick-up time. If you are late by more than 20 minutes without notice, we will give priority to the following customer. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please give us a call 24 hours before the booking.

2)      Cleanliness- Please allow your dog to relieve himself before the appointment. We believe the cleanliness and safety of our salon is a very important factor of our services. If your dog goes to the toilet too frequently during their session , your pet may walk into their own urine and for hygiene purposes they will have to be rewashed .We try our best to not discomfort or stress your pet but this may be uncomfortable for them if this is the case.

3)      Pick up time- Our store has both play pens and different sized cages in our holding area. Your dog can easily move around and be comfortable while waiting to be picked up.  We also hold pets separately to avoid trouble between the dogs and fleas from other customer’s pets. We have limited space so please pick up at the allotted time or as soon as you deem possible. If you have a specific time please let us know at the time of booking.
